Swimming is always a good exercise that keeps the body fit. It is an excellent full-body activity that enhances stamina, endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Swimming also tones muscles, improves coordination, balance, and posture, providing an all-over body workout as nearly all of the body muscles are used during swimming.
At Sanjivani International School, Shirdi, swimming is a key component of our physical education curriculum. Under the guidance of certified trainers, students of all grades are encouraged to participate and develop water safety skills, confidence, and discipline.
