Swimming has always being a good exercise that keeps the body fit. Swimming is a good medium to build stamina, endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness also tones muscles, improving coordination, balance & posture and provides an all-over body workout, as nearly all of the body muscles are used during swimming great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.
